Employee Experience

Employee Experience (EX) is everything employees live through in their relationship with an organisation, from recruitment and onboarding to career development and leaving. At Sadaa, we help organisations understand their employees' needs, measure their satisfaction and engagement, and analyse their journeys and work environment, to guide improvements that support performance, belonging and talent retention.

  1. 01

    Voice of the employee programmes

Short, regular measurement that tracks employees' views on specific aspects of work, such as role clarity, management support and workload. At Sadaa, we design employee pulse surveys and analyse how their results change, to spot challenges early and track how employees respond to initiatives and improvements.

  2. 02

    Engagement and job satisfaction

A study that measures employees' satisfaction with their work environment, how engaged they are with the organisation and how keen they are to contribute to its goals. At Sadaa, we analyse the factors that shape satisfaction and engagement, such as leadership, recognition and development opportunities, and set improvement priorities according to the needs of different groups and departments.

  3. 03

    Employee journey

Mapping and analysing the stages employees go through within an organisation, including recruitment, onboarding, day-to-day work, development and leaving. At Sadaa, we study employees' needs, touchpoints and challenges at each stage, and design improvements that clarify procedures and responsibilities and make their experience easier.

  4. 04

    Service culture and team enablement

Studying the values, behaviours and practices that shape the work environment, and whether teams have what they need to do their work effectively. At Sadaa, we assess the clarity of goals and authority and the quality of communication and collaboration, and identify the gaps between stated values and daily practice, to guide initiatives that strengthen organisational culture and enable teams.
